食科學程課程資訊
經濟的發展提升國人對食物品質的要求,而食品業界對於食品科技人才也因之需求愈甚。本學程以培育符合目前國內外食品科技潮流所需且具有食品科技專業能力之人才為目的,並藉由整合臺大眾多食品相關之課程,以吸引對食品科技有興趣之學生進行修習。按學程之目標規劃及學程之要求,以期培養我國所需之食品科技人才。
本學程之設計,首先要讓學生能夠了解化學,營養,生物化學,微生物,加工方法及原理等必需的知識。課程分為基礎必修和專業選修,基礎必修分為「食品化學」、「食品微生物學」、「食品加工學」與「食品工程學」 等四類課程群,各課程群至少修
3
學分以上,在專業選修方面,學生可以依個人興趣,選修食品加工類或保健營養類之課程
