Objectives

 
The program of health and nutrition aims to cultivate talents in related fields. 

With providing vital knowledge and techniques, the nutrition education and academic research in the field of health and nutrition are hoped to be raised, in order to ameliorate residents' life style and improve their physical conditions.

This program offers a variety of courses that includes both basic and applied curriculums, such as nutrition, biochemical nutrition, physiology, nutrition in Chinese medicine, functional food, food toxicology, nutigenomics and life span nutrition. Students are expected to participate in the field of applied science and take the experiments with full of scrupulousness through understanding the basic of nutrition. With the perspective of reforming public life style and well-being, students are wished to popularize the idea of health and nutrition with accurate notion in the future.
