「未来厨房」规划的课程又有新的进展，生技中心沈汤龙老师邀请 UC Irvine 的 Arthur Lander 教授来台讲授「厨房科学 (Scince in the Kitchen)」将在八月初登场，此次课程会结合科学知识与厨房实作，主要是以种子教师工作方的方式进行，希望能集结校内有兴趣参与厨房科学的师生共同研习。邀请校内有兴趣的老师参与课程？课程的时间与规划如下，如果需要其他资讯也请告知。非常希望大家一起来「走灶脚」！
